The Dragons Community Team engage, inspire & create lifelong positive impact within our region through the delivery of innovative, diverse & inclusive community activation.

The growing ‘Dragons Community Family of Provisions’ encompass Sport, Education, Inclusion, Community Outreach and Health & Wellbeing to drive change & positive outcomes.

Engaging with over 40,000 youngsters on an annual basis, ensures that Dragons Rugby is kept at the heart of the community.

The community team, along with the Dragons players aim to be great role models in the region and inspire thousands, making a real positive impact on people's lives.

The Dragons adopt a 'Jersey for All' approach to ensure inclusivity regardless of age, race, religion, ability or disability.

Dragons were announced as a ‘UK Business Hero’ for 2020 - after being recognised by the British Chambers of Commerce for our work during the Coronavirus pandemic with the Dragons Deliver scheme. For more information click HERE
