Planning on coming to Rodney Parade to see Dragons RFC? We've created a quick FAQ guide to answer your questions, ahead of the game.
Q. What time do gates open?
A. For all fixtures at Rodney Parade, public gates open 90 minutes before kick off. Hospitality guests can access the venue two hours before kick off, whilst away supporters attending football fixtures are given access from 1 hour and 45 minutes before kick-off depending on their travel journey times.
Q. Is there a cash machine located inside the ground?
A. We are now a cashless stadium and therefore there is no permanent onsite cash machine. We accept contactless and chip & PIN payment at bars throughout the ground.
Q. Where can I make enquiries about lost property?
A. Any lost property found will be stored at Reception in the Bisley Stand. Every item that is handed in is kept for four weeks before it is recycled, donated to charity or disposed of responsibly.
Q. Can I smoke in the venue?
A. There are designated smoking areas on each concourse but smoking is not allowed inside our buildings or in view of the pitch. The same applies to e-cigarettes and other vapour devices.

Q. Can I purchase match tickets on the day of the game?
A. In most instances Dragons RFC match tickets are available for home fixtures on the day from the ticket office if you wish to purchase in person, but ticket prices are more expensive on the day of the game so to beat the queue and get the best price tickets in advance here

Q. I am having trouble finding the terms and conditions and the refund policy
A. You can find the refund policy plus the terms and conditions by clicking here . They will also be on the back of your ticket (Except 'Print At Home' tickets). Refunds aren’t available for Dragons RFC fixtures but if you can no longer attend, we can normally accommodate switching your chosen fixture subject to availability.
Q. I have lost my ticket, what can I do?
A. Contact the ticket office on 01633 670690 with details of your order 24 hours prior to a home game.
Q. What is the situation with the purchase of wheelchair/ambulant disabled tickets?
A. For all Dragons RFC fixtures, the above tickets are sold at full price but the carer ticket is free of charge. Please call 01633 670690 to make such a booking. Proof of disability / registered carer will be required, as per Level Playing Field guidelines.
Q. I am a blue badge holder. Is there parking available at the stadium?
A. We have a limited number of parking spaces available for home fixtures. To enquire about these please call 01633 670690
Q. I have purchased an under 16s ticket but I need to swap it for an adult ticket. Can I do this?
A. Yes, absolutely. We often get customers who didn't realise the junior would turn 16 before the day of the match or who have someone in their party who cannot make it and are replaced with someone of a different age category. Please call the ticket line on 01633 670690 with your order number and we can arrange to exchange your ticket for a different concession price. Please note: this may include added payments to accommodate the change.
Q. I’ve ordered match tickets or membership but haven’t received anything?
A. Tickets and membership cards are posted approx. two weeks before the match. You can order etickets which are dispatched immediately. – if you haven’t received anything then please call the Ticket Office on 01633 670690
Q. What time is the ticket office and Club shop open?
A. The Ticket Office and Club Shop opening hours are 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday plus match days.
Q. Can I purchase programmes at the venue?
A. Digital match day programmes ONLY are currently available for Dragons RFC fixtures.
Q. What do I do if I need First Aid?
A. Alert the nearest steward and they will be pleased to provide all the help you need.
Q. Do you have baby changing facilities?
A. Yes, they are located in the Bisley Stand in the concourse and in hospitality facilities. For more details about visiting the stadium please click here
Q. Where can I park?
A. There is no public parking on a match day at the stadium, but there are good bus and train links into the city centre. Parking requests for disabled customers should be submitted a week before match day and are dealt with on a first come, first served basis and subject to availability. We recommend parking at Friars Walk or Kingsway Shopping Centre as offering the most convenient access for all supporters to the ground.
Q. Do you accept contactless payment?
A. All public bars ONLY accept payment via card not cash. We've implemented this policy to reduce how long you'll have to queue, improve speed of service and provide more security for our fans on match day.
Q. Do you do bag searches?
A. We recommend you don’t bring large hold-all bags to the venue, but if you have to, these will be searched by our security staff at the gate.
Q. Can I see a list of things I can and cant bring into the Stadium like my musical instrument or large flag?
A. We do allow musical instruments and large flags within the stadium with prior notice and where we can accommodate. For more information on spectator safety and prohibited items, follow the link here
Q. What happens if a game is postponed?
A. Purchased tickets are valid for the rearranged match. Persons who have purchased tickets should retain their ticket for the rearranged game, and this will provide them with entry at the rearrange fixture In the event of the supporter being unable to attend the re-arranged fixture, an alternative fixture will be offered by the club. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, and each individual case will be judge on its own merits.
Q. How can I join Dragons RFC or the Dragons Academy?
A. Players are selected from our Age Grade programme and Junior Academies as well as late developers from our Premiership clubs. Players can also be nominated by their schools and clubs and then will be scouted by Dragons Academy staff.
