Marcus Johnstone comes in on the wing for Wesley Cunliffe, Lloyd Cole replaces Geraint O'Driscoll at centre while David Langdon comes in for Gavin Ashman. At scrumhalf Tomas Edwards starts.
Among the forwards Jamie Corsi replaces Rhys Morgan while there is a new second row partnership with Adam Brown and Ashley Sweet. The backrow sees Ethan Matthews move from No.8 to blindside flanker and Luke Dychoff in for Matthews.
