Newport Gwent Dragons have announced that Wales U20 fullback Martyn Thomas will join the region.
The 19 year old joins The Dragons squad with immediate effect having joined from the Scarlets.

He fits in with the region's philosophy of continuing to develop youngsters and already we have had success stories with Ashley Smith, Jamie Corsi, Alex Walker and Aled Brew all establishing themselves in The Dragons squad. Martyn is an exciting young talent and a welcome addition to the squad and we hope he will follow in the footsteps of Aled Brew onto the international stage."
Thomas joins as fullback cover for Kevin Morgan and will start at fullback tonight for Wales U20s as they begin their Six Nations campaign against Ireland U20s.
