Dragons coach Paul Turner believes his team have turned a corner by proving they can beat the top side in England with their victory over Bristol Rugby that leaves the winner of Pool 1 hanging in the balance.

Now they have to confirm that recovery by going to Bayonne and claiming a bonus point this weekend to top Pool 1 and secure a home quarter-final.

"Who knows what we will meet in Bayonne, but we will prepare and be ready for everything," said Turner.

"We know it can be pretty hostile over there and, if the crowd get behind them, they will know they can stop something happening.

"But we showed against Bristol we are back on our way - that's what people will say - and we finished with four 19 or 20 year-olds on the pitch which bears testament to what we are trying to do here.

"We want to progress further as we learn from experiences like this. We want to re-sign players and re-sign the coaching staff and beating Bristol can only help us on our way.

"We beat the English Premiership leaders and they are not there by default. We will learn from experiences like that."
