Crunch time arrives on Saturday 7 August (12pm start) when reigning champions Newport RFC will be looking to make it a hat-trick of MoG 7s titles, but they will have to navigate past the likes of; the Dragons Academy, Caerphilly, Pill Harriers, Welsh Wizards, Cross Keys, Tredegar, Newbridge, Blackwood, NHSOB, Bedwas and Pontypool to do so.

Season ticket holders go free, while Adults in the terraces & Motorpoint Family Stand are just £10, OAPs & students £5 and only £1 for under 16s.
Seats in the Hazell Stand cost £15 for adults and £8 for all concessions.
