Hallam Amos and Jack Dixon went over in the first half with Swansea based outside half, Sam Davies adding a further eight points with his boot, while Samoa were limited to a solitary penalty from Fomai Ah Ki.
A tiring Samoa conceded a further four tries after the break with half of these coming from Dragons players Elliott Dee and Ieuan Jones.
A great start for Wales with the Dragons contingent laying down sizable markers.
