Newport Gwent Dragons wing Tom Prydie has returned to his region for further treatment on a hamstring injury and has been released from the Wales squad.
Scarlets props Rhodri Jones and Samson Lee as well as Dragons back Hallam Amos, who were called in to train with the squad earlier this week, have been included in the Dove Men Series squad for the remainder of the campaign.
