Having broadcast the group stages from BT Sport Cardiff Arms Park in July, S4C will be bring us action-packed highlights on Sunday, 10 August, as the Blues and Dragons face up to the English Aviva Premiership sides in the Final.
Dragons Sevens' captain, Sam Cross is confident his boys will make him and the region proud and he has a warning for the English sides.
Cross, 22, says, "It's the first year the Welsh clubs have been in the tournament and we're coming to crash the party! The boys are full of confidence, full of energy and I think we have a great chance of doing well. It feels amazing to get to the final at Twickenham Stoop. We're a young group, hungry to prove ourselves and we've done the Dragons proud. We're looking forward to going through to the finals now and giving a good performance again."
