This wouldn’t be possible however without the commitment from our long term fans and local community.
The Bullion draw is a monthly draw which has proved itself in the past as a great way to fundraise in order for the preservation and improvement of the facilities at our historic ground, with 50% of money raised put towards prizes and the other towards our facilities.
We are looking at the new season of 2014/15 to use the success of the Bullion Draw in the past and build on it by take this further with a re-launch of the draw.
In the picture pulling the numbers for the July Draw you will see the new WRU Interns currently working with Newport RFC, Kimberley Martin and Ellie Tilley, who are currently in the process of designing a campaign to market the draw with the hope of maintaining and improving Rodney Parade for future generations. We want to emphasise that this is not only a draw which will benefit and sustain Newport RFC but also the Dragons and any team that play at our famous old ground.
Rodney Parade is sustained through commitment from fans, love of sport and the wider community of Newport. A monthly draw of only £5 allows our fans to invest in the home of sport in Newport.
