The match was moved from the original venue of the Gnoll in Neath to the Blues’ artificial pitch at Cardiff Arms Park due to the poor weather.
The Dragons had earned their place in the final with a superb victory against their counterparts from the capital last Wednesday evening. They triumphed 28-12 at Cross Keys' Pandy Park with prop Leon Brown, wing Lloyd Lewis, back row Harrison Keddie and scrum-half Owen Davies crossing the whitewash.
