Newport Gwent Dragons recently launched an online survey with an aim to improve our service to our supporters, to learn what you think we do well and to also learn what you think we could do better.
The response to date has been staggering, with a significant number of supporters participating - thanks to all those who have taken the time to get involved.
There has been a wealth of illuminating insights, opinions and ideas offered, but we need more!
To ensure that our future behaviour best represents our supporters we need as broad a cross-section of views as possible; from season ticket holders and sponsors to regular attendees and occasional visitors. The more feedback we receive the clearer the picture of where we are and where we need to be.
