It was the first draw of the new season and took place after Newport RFC's friendly match against Rosslyn Park. Forwards Brendan Lampitt and Jon Lavender pulled out the lucky winners.
The intensity of training and the competitiveness of the friendly matches is ramping up ahead of the first league fixture where Newport make the short journey to BT Sport Cardiff Arms Park to take on Cardiff RFC.
The winners were:

3rd: £25 - Karen Watts
