Newport Gwent Dragons are looking to recruit a casual Customer Service Agent to join the existing Ticket Office team.

Job Summary:

The Ticket Office Customer Service Agent will perform the functions of match and event ticket sales and advice to customers, members and supporters. Hours will vary and will cover both match and event days as well as normal working hours. Other ticketing related tasks may be assigned as needed.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Sales and administration of match day tickets for Newport Gwent Dragons in advance and on the day in person, or over the phone.
  • Sale and administrations of match day tickets for Newport RFC in advance and on the day in person, or over the phone.
  • Sale and administration of Season and General Memberships for Newport Gwent Dragons in person and over the phone.
  • Sale and administration of Season Tickets for Newport RFC in person and over the phone.
  • Sale and administration of tickets to events and matches being held away from Rodney Parade and are on sale through the Ticket Office.
  • Providing advice to customers on all matches and events that involve or are on sale through the Rodney Parade Ticket Office.
  • General duties such as filing, cleaning, word processing and other tasks as directed by management.
  • Adhere to Ticket Office policies, procedures and principles whilst maintaining a positive, customer focussed attitude at all times.

Other Information:

Employment is as a casual employee with hours being all Newport Gwent Dragons home match days (including Judgement Day at the Principality Stadium, Cardiff), some Newport RFC home match days, some events as well as some weekdays as needed.

Shifts are based at the Rodney Parade Ticket Office, Newport, with the possibility of some shifts at other ground based in the Region.

Working with computers is essential.
