The 20-year-old made his debut for the Dragons last weekend against a tough English opponent in Leicester Tigers. Previous to this he has appeared for the Dragons Premiership Select in the British and Irish Cup as well as Principality Premiership side Cross Keys. Fullback Carl Meyer retains his position in the back three and is joined by wings Pat Howard and Ashton Hewitt. The centre partnership sees Sam Beard join Adam Warren. Fly-half Angus O’Brien returns to full fitness and is named in the half-backs with experienced scrum-half Sarel Pretorius.

The front row is all change as props Sam Hobbs and Leon Brown are joined by hooker Rhys Buckley.  The second row sees the return of locks Nick Crosswell and Rynard Landman, with a back-row consisting of young flankers Harrison Keddie and Ollie Griffiths who pack down either side of number 8 Ed Jackson.

The replacements bench sees Thomas Rhys Thomas, Thomas Davies, Brok Harris, Matthew Screech, Nic Cudd, Tavis Knoyle, Arwel Robson and Tyler Morgan named.
