In 2015 Fireworks Night, supported by Nation Radio, returned to Rodney Parade following a ten-year absence. The event attracted 4,500 people with Brit Award nominees Stooshe performing on stage ahead of the display. The display was produced by Pendragon Fireworks, the Cwmbran based pyrotechnic specialists will again be in charge of the display in 2016.
Rodney Parade Fireworks Night 2016 has an increased capacity with 10,000 tickets on sale now. Nation Radio will providing their presenters as hosts once again for the evening, alongside a live music act that will be performing as headliner. This live act will be confirmed in the coming weeks.
Nation Radio’s Street Team will be on hand on the night running giveaways and competitions. Rodney Parade Fireworks Night 2016 also boasts amusements alongside food and drink stalls.
Tickets for Rodney Parade Fireworks Night are priced at just £6 per adult, £2.50 per child and £12 for a family ticket (2 adults and 2 children). Gates open at 5pm with the Fireworks spectacular beginning at 7pm.
