The session provides the first opportunity of the season for Dragons supporters both young and old to watch the Dragons train. The session falls the day before the Dragons face Ospreys at the Liberty Stadium in the Guinness Pro12 on Saturday 29th October, when the team will complete their team run.
Everyone is welcome and no tickets or reservation is required. Open Training starts at 10:30 with supporters welcome at Ystrad Mynach from 10:15am.
Once the session finishes there will be an opportunity to meet the players for autographs and selfies.
