Stuart Davies will provide all supporters with the opportunity to ask questions and discuss recent announcements regarding the upcoming Newport RFC Shareholders EGM.
The evening will take place on Monday 24th April, 19:00 in the Business Suite in the Bisley Stand.
Alongside Stuart Davies, WRU CEO Martin Phillips as well as selected members of the Newport RFC and Dragons
The vote will take place on Tuesday 9th May at Rodney Parade, in the Business Suite and is only open to Shareholders. The notices that all Newport RFC shareholders will have received has been accompanied by the general release of a comprehensive circular explaining the proposal, and a ‘Question and Answer’ sheet that provides detailed information regarding the central issues. Tony Brown, the principal benefactor, has also written an open letter to shareholders advocating the deal.
