The Performance Improvement Consultancy, with offices near Usk and in Bristol, provides individual Executive Coaching and Mentoring as well as group Leadership and Management Training.
The deal also sees Natural Talent sponsor scrumhalf, Charlie Davies, who gained work experience at the firm last season whilst studying part-time for his degree in Leadership and Management. Whilst also sponsoring full-back Carl Meyer and back row James Thomas for the 2017/18 season.
