The Dragons Under-18s launch the new campaign with a trip to Cardiff Arms Park to tackle Cardiff Blues Under-18s (kick-off 7.15pm).
Dragons will be captained by flanker Benji Hoppe in the opening fixture.
Dragons Under-16s Red (formerly known as North) welcome Cardiff Blues Under-16s South to Ystrad Mynach (kick-off 7.15pm).
Dragons Under-16s Black (formerly known as South) make the trip to St Clears to face Scarlets Under-16s West (kick-off 7pm).
