Rodney Parade is celebrating Oktoberfest this Friday, so come and enjoy a special evening of brats and beers from 6:30pm (gates open at 6pm) ahead of the 7:30pm KO – with celebrations continuing after the game. There will be a superb range of Oktoberfest beers and Bavarian food for you to enjoy, whilst you sing and dance the night away with our authentic German band who will be providing a wonderful range of traditional Oompah music. CONNECTING WITH THE REGION'S GRASSROOTS
Tomorrow we welcome Bargoed RFC and Rhymney RFC as our Guard of Honour, followed by a presentation at half time. Our mascots tomorrow are Harrison Farr, 7, and Carys Sadler, 10, whilst there will be a 100m mascot race across the pitch, including Spytty the Dog (Newport County AFC), Pudsey the Bear, Carter the Bargoed Bull and Rodney!
