There’s ten changes in the side that beat the Scarlets last time out, with five players promoted from the replacements bench from the game at Parc y Scarlets ten days ago, to start at the Dragons training base.
Henry Hibbs and Clay Gibbons start at prop, with Callum Oliver getting a start at lock alongside Ben Carter who captains the side after being an ever-present so far in this campaign.
Matthew Jeffries lines-up with Joe Coope-Franklin and Ben Torjesen in the back row, with the latter two both named on the replacement against Scarlets.
There’s also four new faces in the backs, with Carrick McDonough, Ollie Stansfield, Jonny Paynter and Lewis Bates given starting positions against the north Walians.
The Dragons kicked off the competition on 22nd August with victory at the Arms Park against the Blues, before putting a half century on the board against the Ospreys and then defeating Scarlets 17-5.
