Dragons are looking to recruit a Fan Engagement & Events Executive to join the team at Rodney Parade.
To improve service Dragons continue to welcome an increasing number of new supporters attending matches and engaging with us, however there’s a clear opportunity to accelerate this growth.
This is a new role with the responsibility to build on our engagement in the local community, match day attendees and event goers.
Working with the Ticketing & Retail Manager, as well the marketing and operations teams, this role is front of house ensuring Dragons deliver first class events and high-quality customer service, which will incorporate effective management and staffing of casual workforce in ticketing and retail, and leveraging opportunities to grow the number of customer data records.
The successful candidate will assist in customer marketing operations to help deliver Dragons marketing and engagement strategy across all channels, including targeted digital campaigns.
A self-starter with confidence and excellent interpersonal skills is required.
