Dragons will face Castres Olympique, Worcester Warriors and Enisei-STM in this season’s European Challenge Cup after the draw took place today (Wednesday) in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Dean Ryan’s men were paired with the three teams in the lunchtime pool draw at the Centre de Congrès Beaulieu.
Dragons will face Castres for the first time since the 2015/16 season when we lost 29-32 away from home but beat the Top14 side 31-18 at Rodney Parade.
Worcester Warriors were also our opponents in the 2016/17 European season when we lost 20-33 at Sixways Stadium and won 22-7 back in Newport.
Dragons have drawn Russian side Enisei-STM for the third time in four years.
