Get set for a night of fantastic entertainment a month today (Sunday 3 November) when the Rodney Parade Fireworks extravaganza returns with a bang.
The home of the Dragons, Newport County AFC and Newport RFC last hosted fireworks in 2016, with the sparkling shows attracting thousands of attendees and demand has been high for its return after a two-year break.
Gates open at 5.30pm with live music by 4th Street Traffic from 6pm before the night's main attractions, supplied by Cwmbran firm Pendragon Fireworks, are blasted into the night sky in a thrilling array of shapes and colours.
There will be fairground rides, face painting and an array of food and drink stalls on offer, plus youngsters will be able to meet and greet their favourite Disney Princesses during a magical evening.
The dazzling display of fireworks in the night sky above Rodney Parade gets underway at 7.30pm. Tickets cost £5 for Juniors and £8 for Adults so get your family and friends together to come and enjoy a great night at Rodney Parade. Family Tickets, for two adults and two children, are also available for just £20.
