Dragons are pleased to launch a new limited-edition t-shirt - in association with our kit partners VX3 - in support of our heroes in the NHS!
The new striking t-shirts are priced at £30 for adults and £25 for children – with £7.50 of each sale going to the NHS and 20% to support Dragons.
We are also pleased to confirm that the NHS donation will go directly to support front line efforts in the Dragons region.
Dragons are already working closely with Aneurin Bevan University Health Board with Rodney Parade hosting a rapid testing location during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The home of the Dragons, Newport RFC and Newport County AFC has been provided free of charge as a base for front-line NHS staff to check if they have the virus and are able to return or continue working on the front line.
Inspired to help further after seeing the dedication of front-line staff, the new t-shirt is another way for supporters to show their appreciation and thank the NHS and care workers during this difficult and unprecedented time.
Each t-shirt carries ‘Clap for our Carers’ and a ‘We are in this Together’ logos on the sleeves, a ‘Heroes’ tribute to the NHS on the front plus the words ‘The Greater the Storm, the Brighter the Rainbow’ on the reverse. Rainbow colours also feature throughout.
