Dragons A are to play a series of fixtures throughout this season to ensure players at the region get valuable development opportunities.
Dragons recently faced Scarlets A in a friendly encounter at Rodney Parade, with game time and player development key objectives for the home clash.
A calendar of future games is now being finalised for Dragons A over the coming months, with more fixtures to be announced in due course.
The run of games kicks-off with a behind closed doors friendly with Cardiff Blues A at Ystrad Mynach tomorrow (kick-off 4pm).
Dean Ryan, Director of Dragons Rugby, said: “It’s crucial that young players within our set-up and the wider squad have these games for their growth and development.
“With no Celtic Cup or Indigo Welsh Premiership fixtures due to the pandemic, there is no other chance for them to get match action.”
