The Dragons Under-18s Regional Women’s programme will make a welcome return to action in 2022.
The new programme will be fully supported by the Dragons region and will sit within the Dragons Academy set-up.
An open training session will take place for all girls aged Under-18 on Monday (January 3) at 5.30pm at CCB Centre of Sporting Excellence, Caerphilly Road, Ystrad Mynach, CF82 7EP.
The programme will last six weeks with high-performance training taking place every Monday and Wednesday.
Three regional festivals will then take place in February providing invaluable match experience.
A national Under-18 squad is due to be selected by Head Coach Liza Burgess at the end of February, for international training and playing opportunities.
