Ticket Update: Cardiff Rugby Fixture

22/12/2021

Following the Welsh Government announcement that sport in Wales must be staged behind closed doors, the United Rugby Championship derby between Dragons and Cardiff Rugby at Rodney Parade on New Year’s Day will be played without supporters in attendance.

The news of the latest restrictions is a huge disappointment to everyone at Dragons with the largest crowd of the season already confirmed with just under two weeks until the fixture.

However, we understand that the health and safety of the #DragonsFamily must be the priority in these unprecedented times.

Match Ticket Update

Your ticket wil be valid for any rearranged date. However, if you have purchased a match-ticket for the United Rugby Championship fixture with Cardiff Rugby online, you can submit a claim for refund. Further details will be issued in due course.

If you purchased a match ticket in person with cash, you will need to contact the Ticket Office with proof of purchase for a refund in the New Year, once full opening hours are back in operation.

Season Members will be contacted directly once restrictions are lifted with details of a pro-rata credit to their account for this fixture.

Supporters with any queries or questions are asked to contact ticketing@dragonsrugby.wales

Ticket Office Opening Hours

Please note, the Ticket Office at Rodney Parade is operating with reduced hours and staffing over the Christmas and New Year period.

Normal working hours will resume from Tuesday, January 4.

We thank you for your support and patience as we work through the refund process.
