Dragons RFC prop Aki Seiuli has won the Pacific Nations Cup with Manu Samoa after edging the Flying Fijians 23-20 in an epic encounter at Churchill Park.
Fiji led 17-3 at half-time courtesy of tries from Frank Lomani and Albert Tuisue, while Ben Volavola added the other points from the boot.
But Samoa were not to be denied a fourth Pacific Nations Cup title - and first since 2014 - and they scored 20 points in the second half to win the title.
A late try to replacement hooker Seilala Lam in the final 10 minutes was the pivotal moment as it handed Samoa a lead they never lost again,
Huge congratulations to Aki who appeared in all three games for his country as they were crowned champions.
