Just £1 entry for Kids at Rodney Parade’s Men of Gwent Sevens
Tickets will go on sale next week at Rodney Parade Ticket Office for the annual Uskmouth Power Men of Gwent Sevens tournament, which will take place on Saturday 2 August at Rodney Parade.
The Dragons Academy, Ebbw Vale, Newport, Bedwas, Newbridge, Blackwood, Pontypool, Crosskeys, Newport Saracens, Fleur-de-Lys, NHSOB and Pill Harriers have all registered for what will be a spectacular rugby occasion.
The tournament, which also includes a mini tag rugby competition and the popular ‘Meet the Dragons’ experience, promises to be an action packed day out for all the family with music, bouncy castles, face painting, fairground attractions, paint balling and the St David's Foundation charity raffle.
Newport Gwent Dragons event and community manager Mike Sage said,
“We’re excited about re-establishing a competitive but fun sevens tournament in Gwent and will be pulling out all the stops at this year’s event.”
“The ticket prices have not changed since last year and we anticipate a huge response from the fans with tickets priced at just £1 for children and £5 for adults.”
